I found the interview process disconcerting. Even though I was given a offer I found the first interview so off putting I refused the 2nd. The HR woman I spoke to knew nothing about the role I applied too or even about the site I was to then visit. Also the wage bracket was large but offers are confined to the lower end with expectation to work indefinitely to reach the high end. Interview took 15 minutes as she was unable to answer any of my questions except what the benefits of the company are. This took 0 prep to do thisbintervie.
