Two to Three person interview team, asking questions related to providing services, ethics, experience, and knowledge of the mental health network in eastern Connecticut. ERSC personnel have two supervisors because it is a cooperative inter-agency case management team composed of case managers from several non-profit agencies. Work attire is business casual, interviewers will range from suit and tie to business casual depending on their individual schedules.
