I connected with an employee at a university career fair and then submitted several writing samples as my online application. Shortly after my work was reviewed, I was contacted by their recruiting team for a phone interview. They immediately notified me of the next round, which was an in-person interview in their Dallas office. I met with several employees, as well as the CEO. It consisted of both conversations and in-depth interview questions to see if it was a fit. I was offered the job that day.
