Recruiter reached out and scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. Then had two 1 hr zoom interviews with various managers. Asked behavioral questions and asked about experience with hard skills. The interviews were very friendly and informal. HR was extremely responsive and I was moved through the process quickly. It was about 3 weeks from initial phone interview to getting an offer.
