Not great. The hiring manager had clearly made up their mind prior to the interview. It was not an interview - it was the HM telling me how great the opportunity was. What was more disturbing - the fact that the initial recruiter interview indicated the region was underperforming, while the hiring manager made the complete opposite claim. After reading the reviews on Glassdoor - I can completely understand why this company has such poor overall employee reviews. Based on the difficulty of the hiring environment for candidates - they will fill every role easily, and then when the market turns, people will quickly run from this company.
