Extremely bad experience with the company's recruiter. 1. Applied online. 2. Received a call from the recruiter after a month to confirm an immediate interview. I was reluctant due to a tight schedule, but after he kept praising the company and the opportunity. I agreed. 3. Video interview with Team manager and Senior consultant. At the end, they asked me about Visa requirements. I said I would need a sponsorship. 4. Recruiter called a couple of days later, strangely asking whether I am interested in the role and want to work there? I said of course that's why I interviewed. Then he suddenly said that I told him I don't require a Visa. Then he started talking rudely and blaming me relentlessly. I was just shocked the way he was talking with me. I told him why would I lie about this, and I clearly mentioned this in the video interview. After a while, he asked me to send him a detailed e-mail with the Visa process, costs and requirements. He said he will look into it and come back to me. 5. I researched and wrote the e-mail with all the details and sent it to him. Never heard back. In the end, I felt so stupid the way he played me.
