Horrible experience! Great deal of misunderstanding and incompetence in communication between interviewer and HR and higher level manager. I asked question about what the role is as I am NOT looking forward for LEAD or Management role.Somehow that got not communicated properly and HR came back saying this is IC role and you said you are looking for management role. I clearly explained there's been an misunderstanding you can ask interviewer right now I am here he's here..I am looking for individual contributor developer role only. But recruiter was so unprofessional and got stressed and literally scared just to go and talk to manager about it!!!Simply said to take test on hacker rank to turn me down and send me away. My profile was not even evaluated post good technical round one lasting for 45-50 mins. Great disappointment.The senior recruiter (Jonali )is quite good professional. But one I was talking to literally could not put her point and back up her resource having all valid profile reasonably to team. Please understand there is great deal of effort put in to attend an interview for each candidate and make sure petty inexperienced hr/recruiters handling profiles so lightly is not expected. If I was rejected grounds of interview...it was still okay.But not because of misunderstanding and incompetence.
