I applied through a recruiter. After discussing my cv, it was arranged to schedule time for a phone interview. It did go well so I received an invite to a second interview, a tech screen. It turned out to be the last one. Phone interviews last 40 minutes. The whole process was very fast and within one week I received final feedback and was verbally offered the position. Formal offer one week after that. I found the company approachable at every level.
