Very good interview. Informal very friendly. Easy going place. Location Downtown Buffalo, NY. Met with head of the region. With regards to application process sent him cold email asking to chat and inquire about internship process for the summer. Replied in a couple of day.

Interview was pretty relaxed, questions like why are you right for this job and what is not on your resume you can tell me about. Make sure you ask for their contact information as it can't be given out later on.
