3 rounds of interview . technical , managerial and hr round. I cleared all the rounds even after these rounds , my salary discussion was done but after that they were telling me your technicalskills are not appropriate . So , why you have taken all those rounds after technical rounds , to waste my time or what

First round was good and went for almost 2 hours. In this round C and C++ concepts were asked and one code of link list insertion and reversal was asked(coding while sharing screen). Second round was bad, like the interview pannel had 2 people in it and one of them would not let me think only. He would ask a question and start speaking and explaining the answer while I was thinking. Then he even mentioned that I expected this answer from you. But if you will wait for a while, till I think then you will get the answer right? Or do you expect me to answer without thinking? Questions were not clear in this round. I usually scribble on book while thinking, the interviewers directly confronted like are you copying? Because I was looking down to scribble. When I explained that there is a book in which I am writing the interviewer said there shouldn't be any need to write it's a simple problem. I knew I was not going to get selected because I never felt comfortable while the interview and the problems which I solved normally I couldn't do it.
