Phone screen followed by onsite interview for 5 hours. 4 panels each with 2 members. Phone screen mostly in C/Unix, basics of computer science, past experience. Onsite interview may take some time to be scheduled so do not be in a hurry. Plan for a complete day stay onsite. White board design questions are also likely. Each interviewer may take upto 45 mins. Longer you stay, better your chances to get through.
