They do not have HR and organized/structured hiring process. You get a home assignment before the initial phone interview, however, you need to tell them when you are going to start it, so they can be sure you won't spend more than 3 hours. If you pass this assignment, you will get a questionnaire that consists of unimportant questions that cannot measure anything about your technical and soft skills (Are you willing to relocate, Are you willing to complete a security clearance, etc.) After the questionnaire, I was rejected with no explanation. We didn't even talk on the phone. It is ridiculous that you pass the technical interview but then they reject you without any explanation. What a disrespectful process. Do not waste your time.
