It was a totally technical interview with initial on phone screening followed by a a written test in the office. The written test was a difficult technical assignment. This was to make sure that I have good programming skills and will not be a nuisance at work later.

I have applied through Recruitment Firm. After that they called me and asked some questions from my current Projects and asked some Questions Related to Programming which are not difficult. Then they give me problem to solve and email that solution within 2 days. After that Next Round was Skype Round in that round they asked another problem again and need to solve in 30 minutes. After that I got Offer. But Before the 1 day for Joining they asked me to join another company if I have another offer because company is facing funding issues. Thank God I didn't rejected another company offer at that time. So, don't trust the offer you get from the company.
