I did not realize, but the interview process takes a whole day, this is very different to any other company I interviewed for and wasn't quite prepared for it. Be prepared to draw on a whiteboard to show your working and answers to questions. All in all it was a good experience. You interview with several people during the day, one at a time and take you out for lunch on them. I was from out of state so they covered my flights, rental car, hotel and food for my interview.
