I got a call from Hays Recruitment saying someone from Marsh liked my CV and would like an initial telephone interview. Marsh deemed the first interview a success and subsequently arranged a face-to-face. The latter was relatively relaxed, but somehow super professional. My every move/word appeared to be evaluated. Altogether one of the best interviews I've ever attended. The interview style suited my personality, and I felt like I was talking to people on the same intellectual wavelength.
