My resume was in my schools Career Center database. I was contacted by Mainstream through this. They came to the Career Fair held at my school and requested I come talk with them. Upon speaking with them at the Fair, I scheduled an interview for the following day on campus. After that interview, I was flown down to their location in Florida for an onsite interview. I had to give a 30 minute technical presentation on a project I've done. In addition to the presentation, the rest of the day consisted of 5 one-on-one interviews. Most questions were technical in nature.
