First is HR to call you letting you know they have found your skills to match, wishes to meet in public place for breakfast, lunch. 2nd part (within 1 to 2 weeks) meet at local retail chain for breakfast/lunch (they pay) and have casual meet and greet. If selected then meet CEO or upper management usually within 1 week after 1st interview. Again meets at local diner, but this time business discussion. 3rd step if selected is to meet at store with Regional Operational manager, and if selected lets you know start date. The full process could take around 1 full month, but you have to remember they want to hire owners, not employees.
