Three-phase process with three separate interviewers. The first two interviews were by outsourced agencies. The first phase established basic fitness to perform the tasks and responsibilities associated with the role. The second and third phases were similar but conducted first by outsourced agency then by KeyPoint representative. The second interview clarified understanding of the position and training requirements, addressed some scenario-based areas, then entertained my questions and discussion. The third interview was all scenario-based and question/discussion. All phases were very professionally conducted and they were able to address my concerns with reviews posted to Glassdoor.

The review process was entirely telephonic. I had 1 initial call to set up an interview, a general interview, and then a more formal and in-depth interview with an area manager. It was not difficult or stressful, as the interviewers were down-to-earth and nice.

The interview and hiring process was easy. The interview entailed two telephone conferences, personality assessment and typing test. About three weeks total. Once offered the job it was nearly 11 months before I was contacted to begin training. The government clearance does take some time to get complete so be prepared.
