Was contacted about an entry level opportunity by a recruiter and was offered an onsite interview at K-Rise. Once I arrived I met my contact person and he handed me 5 sheets of paper, each with a programming problem. There is a 6th problem which you present to another person who you meet as you hand that problem in. Was thoroughly unimpressed with this interview process.
