Two part interview process. First I did a phone screening with one gal, then the face-to-face interview was with the person who would be my boss. The interview was pretty relaxed, not as stressful as some. The questions were generally focused on finding out two things: if you're a good fit for the company, and if it's really the job that you WANT, rather than the job you'll take right now. The guy doing the interview was open and honest when I asked questions.
