I interviewed with two people from the team I had applied for on Zoom, for less than an hour. One was more senior level and one was more junior level.

The selection process and interview itself was short, took about 3 weeks for the initial call after online application and 15 minutes of informal interview. The interviewer was courteous and allowed for questions, explained the job and was flexible is discussing the position further

Standard interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, etc) and then some questions about the position duties and what human rights cause you are passionate about. The position was offered directly following the interview
