I faced a brief network issue initially, which affected my confidence for a moment, but I recovered and completed the interview. Interview held on online. It was good . asked few questions about expiriance and real-world scenarios. and asked about past experiences. and expectation and salary things. it was not hard interview
They asked why I was interested in the Service Desk Analyst role and also checked my basic knowledge of tools like MS Outlook. Some scenario-based questions were asked, such as how I would handle a network-related issue reported by a user.
