There are all total 3 Rounds. First which will go with a communication, second which is Technical and Third if you get selected in previous two then you will get that chance which you might be waiting for " ofcourse HR Round(Salary Discussion). I am always a very bad in Negotiating, somehow I managed myself in this. - If you are a first timer then it's better you prepare yourself best to perform. - Communication Round is not so tuff if you use normal vocab and speech. Do not make it so lengthy if First Round is to "Tell me about your Last weekend". Mostly people get so deep memories and which also compile to fail the speech. Its better to make it short. - Technical Round is always a tricky one, always try to mention the points in the Cv on which you have Hands On Experience or you know better of you can deliever the same to others with best. - Salary Discussion this part is tuff and of you realize that you pdevious all rounds are average, then believe me you will go with negative thoughts.
