I was interviewed at a large job fair along with many other applcants. Some were being interviewed for call center rep positions. All candidates were interviewed by two people. The questions were basic leadership questions such as "tell about a time you needed to motivate an employee to do something they did not want to do." At the conclusion of the interview I was given instruction for an online application and told, "please fill this out today so we can hire you." I filled out the application and was forwarded to a series of personality and intelligence assessments. I never heard back form them.
