Ghosted!! Had a virtual interview with the District Leader and was told about next steps. I even took a moment the following day to share an appreciation email with the interviewer thanking them for their time and showcasing my excitement for the possibility of joint the team. Nothing! Not an email back, no call, nothing. Then a few weeks later the DL texted me after 7pm ET saying the role was filled but they have another opportunity for separate role that would be more customer facing in mind. Sorry but it only takes 2 seconds to communicate effectively, And to send a text after hours was completely unprofessional.
