There was a pre-screening set up before the interview was to be scheduled. They ask basic questions regarding your knowledge of being a concierge. Also they ask if you would be alright occasionally cleaning cars before staff has arrived or later on when staff has left. Another pre-screen question was based on experience such as customer service, concierge, guest experience etc.
