Intense, high-energy, you're expected to prove your typing ability and sorry if you make mistakes, you can't backspace. They do hair drug screenings and will push you all day if you allow it. Come dressed sharply and overdressing professionally cannot be overstated. Think 1970's style of professional dress. Anything less for the interview is unacceptable.

They'll ask what your hobbies are, and be careful on this. Don't say anything like "Playing video games" because that just shows lack of motivation. When they ask if you intend to continue your education, TELL THEM YES. They hate lack of ambition. And they will put you through 2 RPs to present a product. Believe me, the product does NOT sell itself!

Online application. Invitation to a computer assessment. 1st interview- Zoom with a Recruiter. 2nd Interview- On-site with a member of management. Loved the on-site interview. First part of the process, I got to patch in 3- way with another salesman and hear live calls as a preview of the job. The first question asked in the interview "After shadowing, how does that affect your outlook on the job role?" Excellent first impression for me.
