It was a 3 round process with First round being purely HR Interaction. The second round involved test in reading, typing and listening skills. The third round with the Operations team to qualify as a valid candidate. The interview lasted for a whole day where they had a lot of gap in between these tests which could have been better, also the dedicated person from Operations team was not available initially but they managed to get someone to get the Interview done.

Easy to find location with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The interview panel was friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates
