Got the interview through a contract house and Met the manager in a week after I contacted the contract house. It was an in person interview and I was interviewed by the manager alone. There were no HR attending the interview but I was asked some technical and some behavioral questions.

1st round was phone screen, just talking with HR. 2nd round was onsite. It was a half day interview. I started from some self introduction, followed by resume based questions raised by the hiring manager. A site tour was next, and then the final group interview, tech and behavior questions were 50/50.
