Attended the career fair at UH. HR person said to just apply online. Heard back about 1-2 weeks after. Following that notification had the interview 1 week after. The interview was at UH Campus with a PhD employee. We spoke a lot about the company, the culture, career paths, etc. They take a packet of behavioral question so be ready. I was given 5 questions. I believe I did well except for one questions that became technical.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.
