It was 2 step interview process. First one with recruiter and second one with managers. First one they just asked if you are okay with all conditions for working and little like why u want to work with us, second interview was about situation based questions

I submitted my resume through Indeed. I got a call about 2 weeks after that submission and answered questions over the phone. They asked things like what was my customer service background, if I am ok with the schedule, payment amount etc. Then I waited a day or so to see if I would move forward with an interview. I was called back for the 1st round interview in person where it took about 30 minutes answering situational questions, for the most part. After that comes the 2nd interview that is based on the company value system.
