Interviewer spent most of his time talking about himself. I laid out my qualifications, which I thought would be a benefit to the company, but I was pigeon-holed into the position for which I was hired. Of course, that's their prerogative, but it should have alerted me to their narrow way of looking. Also, the person who would be immediate supervisor didn't go to the interview.
