I’m not sure how this has changed since the company went WFH but essentially if you have a pulse you can get hired here. No background checks, for a while I was googling every new employee and finding some kind of clearly obvious criminal history, a few felons as well.

The interview with Exact Data was very helping. We had a tour before interview and then I took a skilled test. The actual interview was very relaxing and laid back. I did not fell nervous at all.
