Multi-stage, meeting with three different levels of management. Very friendly, intelligent, and easy going individuals. A lot of back and forth to establish whether the candidate is the right fit for the company and for the team.

The interview process involves three rounds - initial HR screening, behavioral and technical round with Director and another manager on the team and a final round with the VP. I didn't go past the second round. The final round is again mostly behavioral.
