I applied through their site and a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. On the day of, the recruiter was almost 15 minutes late calling me. I was actually in the process of sending her an email to see if she needed to reschedule when she finally called. She went into a long diatribe about why they were not going to move forward with me for a role that I did not apply for but that they were interested in me another role (the one I had actually applied for). She asked some basic questions about my experiences and launches that I've led. It was clear that she was not paying attention and would continuously interrupt me and attempt to repeat back what I was saying but it was clear that she did not understand. She abruptly ended the call without giving me time to ask anything and I never heard from her again. Very disappointing. The experience really changed the way I think about Databricks.

Direct call to my phone with a recruiter. She showed up late and it was obvious she never read my resume. She asked about 4 basic questions and gave me the opportunity to ask one question. After not knowing how to answer my question she asked if I had any others to which I said no. She then abruptly said “have a nice day” and then hung up.
