The whole process was very well organized by the HR. I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience during my onsite interview. HR manager was seriously engaged in the process, in a way that made me feel comfortable and supported by her. She has the ability to create a safe environment for an on-site job interview, which is admirable, so far I can say that this was the better organized hiring process I’ve ever had in Germany. During my day I spend there I was interviewed by 4 people (managers and scrum masters) and I had a team lunch with developers and scrum masters who works for different products. In total, I’ve interacted with 9 people during my visit.

Es wurden mehrere Gespräche geführt. Initial mit einer Person aus dem Personal und dann mehrere Gespräche mit anderen Scrum Mastern und Agile Coaches sowie mit dem Entwicklungsteam und dem Head of Engineering.
