The process was well thought out and felt relaxed and informal to enable to get a feel for how the company operates. I met most of the exec during the process all of who were very honest and approachable. I got to meet the team which was great to get a feel for how we would all work together. It was a really positive process and I know I would have enjoyed working at a Cyberfort.

I was asked about my previous roles outside of HR did I enjoy the most. I thought this was a good question and a good insight into where you have come from and what direction your career took to get you where you are now. One I will use for future interviews.
