The hiring process was very streamlined and uncomplicated. Small Government contractor/vendor. The interview was conducted by the company owner himself. He was very thorough and clear and what he was expecting from the person hired in this position. He stated the critical aspect of the role with regards to working at HQUSMEPCOM (Head Quarters United States Military Entrance Command Center). All of the role expectation were clearly documented in the application forms. The process of filling all of these forms was somewhat cumbersome, but only due to the nature of the position and the responsibility in working at the Headquarters at the Navy Base.
