Very structured interview based on behavioral Q&A. Very smart bunch of people who are able to get to know you and your insight. But many are with 4-6 years of experience. The process was easy to follow and everyone was very professional. I had no trouble answering their questions. Was invited for second interview with upper management (again behavioral questions with hypothetical situation or your own situation).
