VERY quick. There was maybe 15 people in the room next to me interviewing for the field team. The manager informed me that I would not be a part of that team but doing more "Office Management" work. I will see how this goes.

The description of the job posting is INCREDIBLY misleading. They claim to be a PR firm that does canvassing, however, it turns out this is not the case and this is tantamount to fraud.
The posting said that this was a management role and that it would entail training a team and doing their payroll. However, at the end of the two interviews, it became clear that this was a door to door sales gig with no base pay.
Preliminary interview lasted 10-15 minutes where they talk about how they are a "PR firm" that does "canvassing" and the role would require the candidate to do mostly back office processes like payroll and training of personnel. After this, they said they would let us know in the afternoon if we got the next stage interview- which I got and 20 others got.
For the next stage interview, they had people lined up assembly-line style- clearly looking to build out a pipeline and convert a few into new hire.
They called me in for a next stage interview in their office on a Saturday morning where the candidates were taken outside in the freezing cold for the a 30-45 minute conversation.
This interview turned out to be more like the hiring managers pitching the candidates on how amazing the job is and they asked questions like "What is your dream car?". I responded with a ridiculously expensive car as a joke and the hiring manager said "Funny you mention that, our manager just bought one and you can buy one too."
They outlined the career progression, the (lack of) pay, and the amount of revenue that they are able to generate and then try to sell you on the spot.
Final interview was with the manager who basically fired a canned speech about how amazing I am and how he thinks I'd be a great fit. I declined, naturally.
