My first impression came when I was contacted by a cold-call email. It struck me as unusual in how detialed and personal the content was. They had already researched me and my work. The following two phone interviews were both well thought out and professional (one technical, the other getting-to-know-you). The following two onsite interviews were friendlier and more targeted then what I have come to expect in this industry. There was one take home test as well. Later in the process, i particular appreciated there help and support transitioning out of my old position.
