Small Steps. Big Impacts. Today we hosted an Earth Day Sustainability Showcase for employees to learn more about our collective efforts across our four sustainability pillars of People, Partners, Process & Planet and Products. Throughout Earth Week, employees across Worthington Enterprises are making eco pledges and participating in a variety of activities meaningful to their locations. In our headquarters community, employees helped beautify Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens for peak season and planted trees as part of The Greatest American Cleanup. #EarthDay2026 #OurPowerOurPlanet

This week, 21 employees from seven of our locations gathered for our Spring Learn and Lead: Empowering Our Managers conference. Sessions included authentic and inclusive leadership, case study analysis and practical tips and tools for managers to elevate their impact and lead with confidence. Last week, our level-four program, Empowering Our Trailblazers, concluded with capstone presentations on key topics for the company. In addition to business strategy courses, cohort members have been collaborating since September to study a business challenge, apply class learnings and develop actionable recommendations.

Our 420-pound propane tanks transform indoor spaces, especially in areas with limited natural gas and electric service. For example, they’re actively providing consistent heat and supporting backup power as the Northeast recovers from the winter storm. Manufactured to rigorous ASME and DOT standards, Worthington Enterprises continuously hones the product based on feedback from customers who rely on them, across residential and commercial applications.
