My name is Claudia, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I will be celebrating one year with the company this July. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been working in the field of ABA for over eight years. My journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a role I held for six years. During that time, I worked directly with clients across home, school, and community settings and developed a strong foundation in behavior analytic principles and intervention. I then spent one year working as a Behavior Specialist before earning my BCBA certification. These experiences provided me with a well-rounded understanding of ABA services from multiple perspectives and strengthened my passion for supporting individuals and families.
