Yesterday, our team grabbed their sneakers and showed up for the Best Buddies Friendship Walk. We walked to champion inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and raised over $6,000 for Best Buddies. We are so proud to stand with this organization and our Best Buddies employee, RJ Z.!

We wrapped up our TCC sales contest with an epic $150,000 giveaway to our hardworking field employees, game show style! 💼 ✨ Each person walked away with at least $2,500, and Jonathan M. was our big winner, taking home $25,000 plus a $2,500 donation to his local humane society. Employee appreciation isn’t limited to just one day, it’s something we show all year long. We are grateful for the dedication, passion, and hustle of this amazing team that keeps our business moving forward!
At TCC, giving back is a core part of who we are as a company, and we like to extend that opportunity to our customers. Four times a year through Get10Give10, we randomly select a customer to get $10,000 for themselves, plus an additional $10,000 to give to a nonprofit organization of our choice. This was our 20th Get10Give10, so we wanted to do something even bigger: Get20Give20. Our customer Clifford F. was randomly selected to win $20,000, plus he got to donate $20,000 to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, a nonprofit that is very important to him.
This past month, we celebrated our new and relocated stores with a donation to a local nonprofit selected by each store team. This month, we donated to Central Delaware Housing Collaborative (chosen by the Smynra, DE, store team), the Santa Cruz Humane Society (chosen by the Nogales, AZ, store team), and Swine Krewe Too (chosen by the Metairie, LA, store team). We’re proud to support causes our employees are passionate about!
Behind every great classroom is a dedicated teacher who gives it their all, so we wanted to give back and show our appreciation! Each TCC store hand-delivered a special school supply kit to a local educator or school in their community for our Teachers Rock event. It’s a small token of our gratitude for the big impact they make every day. 🍎📚
This February, we honor the legacy, achievements, and contributions of Black Americans who have shaped our past and continue to inspire our future. As we celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth, we are proud to shine a spotlight on our employee resource group, The B.A.R.R. (Black Alliance at Round Room). This inclusive community fosters education through awareness, engagement, and opportunity, helping us learn and grow together.
