🌟 Employee Spotlight: Maureen Geier 🌟 Meet Maureen Geier, our Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager at Restaurant Technologies. With 6.5 years at RTI, Maureen ensures our compliance with permits and regulations. Her background is as diverse as it is inspiring, from office management, to raising children, to working in the building departments in local city government. Maureen is a permitting and regulatory guru, navigating complex permitting processes with persistence, education, and building relationships as her main tools. Her achievements, from securing tough permits to expanding RTI’s access in difficult regulatory markets, have been pivotal for RTI's growth. Her continued focus on driving efficiencies in the permitting process further moves the needle to get installations in the ground faster. Networking is Maureen's forte. She actively participates in industry events and is expanding RTI’s outreach in Illinois and Missouri. The support of mentors has also played a crucial role in her professional development. Outside of work, Maureen enjoys sharing her love for outdoor activities like swimming and boating at the cabin, with her four grandchildren. Her advice to new employees? Network across departments and be a resource for others. She lives by the mantras, “there’s no such thing as a stupid question” and "you can do hard things”.

We appreciate all they do to in providing exceptional service. Collectively the 830-person team has: - Run 72,000 routes and driven 25 million miles. - Made nearly 900,000 deliveries to support over 45,000 kitchens nationwide. - Delivered 700 million pounds of fresh cooking oil and picked up nearly 400 million pounds of used cooking oil. Meet Frank Borjas, Operations Manager at the Restaurant Technologies Miami Depot. His 21-year journey with the company is a testament to perseverance, mentorship, and heart. From Technician to Master Technician, Depot Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and now Operations Manager, Frank’s career has mirrored RTI’s evolution, including being part of the first cohort in the “level up” program. His journey has been marked by continuous learning through RTI’s tuition reimbursement program, which has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his roles. Frank’s leadership style is centered on trust and team development to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. His commitment to mentoring others has helped many colleagues grow and succeed. Beyond his professional life, Frank's dedication to RTI is a family affair. His daughters are excited whenever they spot teal trucks on the road or depot fill boxes, proudly exclaiming, "That's Dad's work!"
