For the third consecutive year, ReEmployAbility has been named a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace! This incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our amazing team. Our employees are the heart of our success, and their commitment to creating a positive and engaging workplace is what makes this recognition possible. Thank you to each and every one of our team members for your invaluable contributions!
At ReEmployAbility, our Word of the Year is CONNECT—because meaningful relationships drive everything we do. From supporting our clients and partners to empowering our team, connection is at the heart of our mission. This week, we held our monthly company meeting where we gathered to reflect on how we can strengthen our bonds, foster collaboration, and continue making a positive impact. Here’s to a year of deeper connections and shared success!

We're thrilled to announce the success of the Workers' Recovery and Placement Assistance (WRPA) Certification Initiative at ReEmployAbility! We're proud to support Boysville, Inc., a long-term Transition2Work partner, and their incredible mission. During the recent CRMUG Summit in Texas, we partnered with Inogic to support Boysville, a nonprofit providing care for children in need. Together, we donated a brand-new TV, stand, and candy to their hardworking staff and volunteers—transforming a booth display into a meaningful gift. 💝📺
It's that time of the year again where ReEmployAbility employees participate in the annual 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge. We provide small journals to everyone and then have daily prompts to jot down thoughts on what we are grateful for. We also have a Teams Channel where the prompts can be responded to and read by our colleagues. Each of the past 3 years of doing this exercise has made such a positive impact on our people and team overall. When you focus on the good, you are primed to find the good. Seeking out examples of things for which we are grateful, helps us scan our environment to keep our minds aimed at the goodness in the world, in ourselves, and each other!
ReEmployAbility, a leader in workers’ compensation, is proud to announce that we have been recognized as one of the “Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Tampa Bay” for the third consecutive year by The Tampa Bay Business Magazine.
We just wrapped up our annual REA Spirit Week, filled with themed dress up days to showcase our team’s creativity. What a fun time and a fantastic opportunity for us to celebrate by showing off our company spirit and connecting beyond the usual workday! A big thanks to everyone who participated in our themes. The energy, laughter, and enthusiasm we shared this week is a testament to our team’s incredible culture!
We are honored to announce that our company has been named in the annual Business Insurance Best Places to Work in Insurance program! We thank our team, clients, and partners who, without you, none of our achievements could be possible.
In observance of National Food Bank Day, which fell on Sept. 1, the ReEmployAbility team hosted an internal Food Drive to provide our nonprofit partner Helping Hands - Plant City with the resources they need to provide to the local community. We were so happy to drop off those supplies and lend our own helping hand to an organization that does so much for the injured workers who participate in Transition2Work® and for the men, women, and children of Plant City.
