HealthQwest, part of the Pinnacle Treatment Centers network, is proud to be named a 2025 grant recipient from the Georgia Opioid Crisis Abatement Trust. This funding helps us strengthen access to care across our seven HealthQwest locations in Douglasville, Savannah, Macon, Canton, Buford, Stockbridge, and Warner Robins. It supports two critical needs for our patients: transportation and medication assistance for uninsured and underinsured individuals. As part of Georgia’s effort to expand evidence-based strategies, this initiative ensures that distance and cost are no longer barriers to recovery. Through this grant, we can provide rideshares, bus passes, gas cards, and even dedicated van service where needed. We’re also offering medication assistance through a tiered subsidy model, helping more people stay in treatment and continue their recovery journey. Our mission is clear: work with community partners to bring stability, connection, and hope to Georgians impacted by addiction. If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to join a team committed to saving lives, explore career opportunities with HealthQwest and Pinnacle Treatment Centers today!
At our Recovery Works Martinsville facility, our team is dedicated to creating meaningful, patient-centered experiences every day. Recently, under the guidance of Amber Swafford, Patient Care Specialist, our staff supported patients in an exercise focused on identifying the roots and values that guide their recovery journey. This activity is a great example of the compassion, creativity, and purpose that drive our work. Our teams go beyond clinical care—they help people reconnect with their strengths, build confidence, and shape the future they want for themselves. If you’re inspired by work that empowers others and encourages personal growth, Recovery Works may be the place for you. 🌱
At Pinnacle, we know that healing goes beyond treatment—it’s about compassion, community, and care. 🧡 This Thanksgiving, our Martinsville Treatment Services team made sure every patient had the opportunity to share in the warmth of the holiday, creating memories of connection and hope. Celebrating Community at Pinnacle! 💙 Our Pulaski Medical team and Community Relations Coordinator, Krista Collins, had a wonderful time representing Pinnacle Treatment Centers at the Halloween Bash 2025, hosted by the Community Service Board and 401 Peer Center in the New River Valley area. 🎃 Events like these remind us why we do what we do — coming together to share hope, connection, and a little bit of fun along the way! We’re proud of our teams who bring our mission to life in the communities we serve every day. ✨
Connecting with college students is always a highlight for our team! 🤝 Every conversation around wellness and support plays a role in building healthier communities. A big thank you to Pennsylvania Western University for hosting such a welcoming and impactful Annual Health Fair — and for championing a campus culture of care and well-being. 📸 Chris McKenzie, Community Relations Coordinator, representing our commitment to outreach and support.
We’re celebrating a very special member of our Pinnacle family — Becky Nash, as she begins her well-deserved retirement! 💙 Becky’s warmth, positivity, and compassion have touched countless lives at our Front Royal, Virginia clinic. Her teammates and patients alike will remember her for the kindness and care she brought to every day. As Executive Director Sean Ruffner shared: “Becky’s warm presence, work ethic, and genuine compassion made her a cornerstone of our team. She went above and beyond, always supporting others and leaving a lasting impression on patients; many who continue to share their gratitude long after leaving our care.” Thank you, Becky, for everything you’ve given to our team and the recovery community. You’ve truly left your mark, and we wish you all the happiness in this next chapter! 🌟
At Pinnacle Treatment Centers, we love celebrating teammates who go above and beyond to inspire others. 🌟 This week, Terry Rook, Senior Clinical Learning Specialist, took the stage at AATOD 2025 with his workshop, “You Can Lead a Horse to Water, but Can’t Make Them Drink — But Can You Make Them THIRSTY?” Terry shared powerful insights on understanding motivation, recognizing seasons of change, and using evidence-based practices to help patients move forward in recovery. We’re so proud to have leaders like Terry who bring passion, curiosity, and heart to everything they do — helping raise the standard of care and make a real difference every day. 💙
