We celebrated a record-breaking year—strong revenue, streamlined processes, major investments in staff development, and innovative partnerships closing care gaps. As the 30th largest employer in the state, our momentum continues to grow.

From developing individualized nutrition plans to preparing meals and ensuring a quality dining experience, these team members enhance quality of life for seniors and bring smiles to their faces every day. Pride in Food Service Week starts on the first Monday in February each year. It was started by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) to honor and recognize food and nutrition professionals and other members of nutrition services teams for their hard work and dedication to their jobs. 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸!
The residents at Meeker Manor were happy to observe Bring Your "Kid" to Work Day several months early this year! 🐐💞 Jokes aside, these actually aren't baby goats at all... they're Nigerian Dwarf goats from Goat Shine Pet Therapy in Glencoe, Minnesota! Goat Shine is a family business that started 8 years ago when the owners set out on a mission to solve their son's skin issues using goat milk. She is one of more than 600 #MonarchScholars who have received education assistance from Monarch Healthcare Management this year. We are honored to have Monika as an employee, and we are proud of the progress she’s made so far in her education and career. So far this year, Monarch's Education Assistance program has paid out $𝟗𝟔𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 in education assistance to 𝟔𝟒𝟎 skilled nursing facility employees. Our very own Paxton Wiffler, Chief Operating Officer of Monarch Healthcare Management, was recognized as 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 at the Care Providers of Minnesota Convention and Exposition on Tuesday! 🏆👏🏻 The whole Monarch executive team was present, as were his wife and sons, and his mother, who ushered him into the long-term care industry when he was 16 years old. After getting after his kids ("Hey! You're supposed to be in school!" 😂), Paxton took to the stage to accept the award and to thank Care Providers and all its members. In Paxton's words: "We get into this industry not for the organization for which we work but for the people we have the privilege to take care of each and every day. It's our job to make sure that the people we take care of, our residents, live amazing lives and receive our best, and that we leave this industry better than we found it.
