Hi! I'm Kirby, the new Recruiter at Hope, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about my journey here! For nearly 9 years, I worked with an ABA provider in CO in several roles, most recently as a Lead BCBA. Like many others, the pandemic brought about big life changes; and in late 2020, my husband and I moved from Denver to IL to be closer to family. After relocating, I shifted my focus to home health care and became a Certified Death Doula support individuals and families through end-of-life planning. It has been incredibly meaningful to work across the lifespan, from early childhood to older adults. Last month, a serendipitous reconnection with Erica Duijzer, Hope's Chief Operating Officer and a former colleague, opened the door to something new. When a Recruiter position opened at Hope the same day I experienced a sudden staffing change at my work, we joked about working together again. But that lighthearted moment turned into a serious realization: it really would be amazing to be a part of the Hope team! I can honestly say that joining Hope was the right decision. The team is welcoming, passionate, and mission-driven. What sets Hope apart is its commitment to values like integrity, compassion, and continuous improvement. As a non-profit, Hope keeps people--not profit--at the center, and their dedication to work-life balance truly shows. Whether you're just starting your career or looking for meaningful change, I can say from experience: at Hope, you're in good hands!
We are pleased to share an exciting update that reflects our continued commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care under a unified and recognizable brand. Effective July 1st, Therapy Relief at Hope will be rebranded as Hope Therapeutic Services. This name change aligns with the rebranding we completed last year for our Wrentham Therapeutic Services program, which now also operates under the Hope Therapeutic Services name. Together, these programs will now live under one cohesive identity, strengthening our presence and impact across all the communities we serve. This transition is more than just a name change—it’s a reflection of our ongoing evolution as an integrated organization. By aligning both programs under the Hope Therapeutic Services umbrella, we are reinforcing our values of consistency, excellence, and shared purpose. Both locations and teams will continue to be part of Hope Clinical Care. We’re confident this rebrand will help us further elevate the outstanding work happening every day across our therapy teams.
