4Paws For Ability stopped by EJM, bringing along some adorable ambassadors to lend a helping paw. #TeamEJM gave them lots of cuddles while learning about the organization’s work pairing life-changing service dogs with children and veterans who have disabilities.
Another successful NBAA-BACE! #TeamEJM made the most of our time at business aviation’s biggest event, attending educational sessions, exploring exhibits, and connecting with aviation professionals from all over the country. Baseball lovers of all ages joined us to cheer on the Florence Y’alls. EJM provided free admission to #TeamEJM members and their families (which included a few furry friends), plus a picnic lunch and a private area to enjoy the game from. Caring for our team members is core to our culture, and organizing fun experiences like this is one of our favorite ways to show our appreciation for all they do.
Happy #NationalInternDay! From serving the community to expanding their aviation knowledge, our interns kept busy this month with exciting experiences like: - Volunteering with their EJM mentors at Ken Anderson Alliance Cincinnati. This #EJMGives partner empowers and creates community for adults with developmental disabilities. - Attending a Q&A with EJM’s executive leaders. Heads of sales, operations, finance, and beyond shared career advice and insights into what it is like leading a global private aviation company. - Visiting fellow Berkshire Hathaway companies NetJets and FlightSafety International. While in Columbus, they got to tour NetJets aircraft and even test their skills in an FSI flight simulator. Thank you to all our interns for sharing your talent and enthusiasm with #TeamEJM this summer. We look forward to seeing you present your final projects next week.
Interns from NetJets spent the day with us learning about our history, business model, and how we collaborate with NetJets to lead the private aviation industry. In the evening, they were treated to a Cincinnati Reds game, where they got to socialize with EJM interns before heading back to Columbus.
